  • Personal Training

    We create and execute custom workouts that are tailored to your individual fitness goals. Our 1:1 sessions are perfect for those who are just starting on their fitness journey or for fitness enthusiasts who want that extra push. Let us be here for you at every step!

  • Group Fitness Classes

    Join us for one of our four group fitness classes to build muscle, relieve stress and have a blast! Choose from Monday Hustle, Tuesday Night Gains, Glute Salute, and Strength, Core and Cardio.

    YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

  • Youth Fitness

    We help kids fall in love with fitness! We educate youth ages 12 and up how to exercise and build confidence while engaging in fun, age-specific workouts. We also offer strength, conditioning and endurance sessions for athletes and sports teams.

Our Approach

Be yourself! Montone Fitness Coaching has a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where clients feel comfortable exercising, relieving stress, and making friends. We build close relationships with our clients and have fun while working toward your fitness goals. No burpees (unless you love them), no counting calories, and no excuses when you have us to hold you accountable.

Montone Fitness Coaching is so much more than guiding a client through a personal training session or teaching fun group fitness classes that make you sweat.
