Youth ages 12 and up come to Montone Fitness Coaching to learn how to exercise through engaging, age-specific workouts that are both fun and effective. Our goal is to build confidence and promote an active, healthy lifestyle.

Youth Fitness Training
We love to work with kids ages 12 and up to foster a healthy relationship with fitness and build their strength and confidence.
SESSSION INCLUDES:
✓ Free consultation (in-person or phone) with child and guardian
✓ One-on-one youth training session
✓ K-12 Health and Physical Education Teacher Certification Trainer
✓ A welcoming environment where youth can confidently learn safe and effective exercise techniques
✓ Engaging, hands-on exercises and expert fitness programming tailored to each child’s specific needs and goals
✓ Enhanced body awareness, balance, and control through motivating workouts
Sports Team Training
We train individual athletes and local sports teams to improve their sports performance and build their self-confidence.
SESSION OFFERINGS:
✓ Off-season strength, conditioning and endurance training
✓ Sports specific movements and exercises to enhance your performance
✓ Work with us to implement your coaches workout program
✓ Private studio accommodates sports teams up to 20 athletes

Specializing in youth fitness, she holds a K-12 Health and Physical Education Teacher Certification, underscoring her commitment to fostering healthy habits from a young age.
With a focus on both physical strength and emotional well-being, Monica strives to inspire and uplift every person she works with, helping them achieve their fullest potential and embrace a healthier, happier life.
