5:30PM - 6:15PMKickstart your week with this all-levels resistance training class! Join us for a solid sweat sesh and an awesome playlist—so hot that we teach it twice.

TUESDAY NIGHT GAINS
6:00 PM - 6:45 PMGet your pump on before the Wednesday hump with circuit-based strength training. Use a variety of machines and free weights to build muscle, burn fat and have a blast.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
6:30 AM - 7:15 AMJumpstart your morning with a powerful workout designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and boost overall fitness.

GLUTE SALUTE
6:00 PM - 6:45 PMThis booty-building workout blends resistance training, plyometrics, and core conditioning. Glute Salute includes a range of upper body exercises for overall strength.

STRENGTH, CORE & CARDIO
Paused, resumes in OctoberStart your weekend off right with this tabata-style cardio and lifting class. Torch your core with balance and stability exercises while strengthening your hips, glutes, back & abs.

Sneakers are required for all classes. We have all the equipment you need, but we recommend you bring water and a towel.
