I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience, coaching clients of all ages and fitness levels. At Montone Fitness Coaching, my goal is to enhance my clients’ physical and emotional well-being, offering personalized support and encouragement for each unique fitness journey.

Marissa Diaz
PERSONAL TRAINER
Marissa is a dedicated personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). With three years of experience in the fitness industry, Marissa has developed a reputation for her expertise in functional strength training and hypertrophy training. She works with a diverse clientele, ranging from teens to older adults, ensuring personalized and effective training programs tailored to each individual’s needs.
Marissa is a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist, which enables her to design training regimens that not only enhance strength and performance but also prioritize injury prevention and pain-free movement.

Laura Bogdan
PERSONAL TRAINER
Laura earned her personal trainer certification from the National Personal Training Institute in 2012, transforming her passion into a rewarding career.
Originally from Romania, Laura holds a B.S. in Psychology and worked as an elementary school teacher. In 2007, at the age of 31, she moved to the U.S. with her husband and 3-year-old son. The challenges of adapting to a new country and learning English inspired her to elevate her interest in fitness. Laura is passionate about helping people lead healthier lives and is dedicated to making a positive impact through her work.
Monica’s Fitness Journey
My passion for fitness started when I joined the Cross Country team at Archbishop Wood High School. I became fascinated by the way the human body moved and I loved feeling strong and accomplished after my weight lifting sessions.
This enthusiasm grew when I earned my Personal Training certification and began training clients at age 19 at LA Fitness. I loved working with my clients and was personally thrilled with how lifting weights enhanced my otherwise slender physique, and strength training became my new focus.
I graduated from Temple in 2008 with my B.S. in Kinesiology and certification to teach Health and Physical Education. I had a hard time finding a teaching job and worked in corporate fitness as the manager of the fitness center and wellness programs for Comcast employees in Philadelphia.
In June of 2014, I discovered an unused fitness studio in Doylestown and posted on Facebook that I found a place to train all my former clients… and they all came.
I am so grateful for all of my clients, some of whom have been with me for over 10 years. I’ve been fortunate to develop so many close relationships with my clients over the years and I’m honored to be their Fitness Coach.
